About

Meet Lisa

Author photo of Lisa Marie Wolfe

Lisa Marie Wolfe is an author, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner who writes across genres, from plain-English guides that make big ideas approachable to warm, whimsical stories for young readers. Whatever the subject, her aim is the same: to leave readers feeling a little more curious, capable, and unafraid.

Over three decades in enterprise sales and technology, Lisa developed a gift for turning the complex into the clear, a skill that now shapes her writing. Her nonfiction includes AI Without the Fear, a plain-English guide that helps everyday readers navigate artificial intelligence with confidence, and Dominating the Void, a part-memoir, part-playbook field guide for anyone rebuilding their career and confidence after losing a job.

For young readers, Lisa is the author of the Snowy the Cat series (Snowy's Magical Night, Snowy's Magical Music Box, and Snowy's Magical Costume Night), gentle, magical picture books inspired by her own snowy-white rescue cat. Her Bramble the Hedgehog series begins with Bramble's Big Night, a cozy woodland tale for little ones, while The Brass Compass, Book One of the Steampunk Rift Riders series, launches middle-grade readers on a high-flying adventure with young inventor Theo Quinn, his loyal dog Sparky, and a remarkable plane named Matilda.

She writes and publishes independently from Newnan, Georgia. When she isn't writing, she's most likely surrounded by her six rescue cats, including the snowy-white muse who inspired a children's series all his own.
